The mission of the Randolph-Macon College Physician Assistant Program is to address gaps in healthcare delivery and equity by producing highly qualified, compassionate PAs, prepared through a blended biomedical science and liberal arts education, equipped to impact health system, provider, and patient needs. 

The PA educational model includes learning in the classroom and at the bedside.  The didactic phase of the R-MC PA program provides an immersive, system-based curriculum that is anchored by problem-based learning sessions.  The clinical phase provides students the opportunity to apply this knowledge within the clinical environment, under the direction of skilled preceptors.  PA students will participate in a variety of clinical rotations, including a specific rotation for behavioral and mental health education.  We invite you to be part of our mission!
