Fair and flexible vacation scheduling for 8-10 weeks off annually.  Leadership qualities are strongly desired, and regional proficiency is expected.

US Anesthesia Partners is a national, physician-owned network of locally led anesthesiology practices delivering care across a broad range of facility types — including several children’s hospitals — as well as community hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory settings nationwide. Located in the heart of the Texas Medical Center, our department delivers exceptional, compassionate care across anesthesiology, critical care, and pain management. We proudly partner with Memorial Hermann–Texas Medical Center—our primary teaching hospital, a quaternary referral center, and the nation’s busiest Level I trauma center with integrated pediatric and women’s hospitals.

We are home to one of the largest anesthesiology residency programs in the United States, training approximately 120 residents, and offer a comprehensive range of fellowships, including cardiac, pediatric, pediatric cardiac, regional, obstetric, critical care, chronic pain, trauma, and neuroanesthesia. Our culture is collegial, supportive, and deeply committed to education, leadership development, and innovation. Faculty and trainees benefit from a strong research ecosystem anchored by the Center for Outcomes Research, the Center for Perioperative Medicine, and collaboration with the McWilliams School of Biomedical Informatics. We are also proud to house Texas’ first Master of Science in Anesthesia program, preparing the next generation of Certified Anesthesiology Assistants.

The Division of Pediatric Anesthesiology at McGovern Medical School, UTHealth Houston, is nationally recognized for excellence in clinical care, education, and research. Based at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital—a 332-bed quaternary care, Level I Trauma Center—we support advanced programs in neonatal cardiac care. Our fellowship-trained, board-certified pediatric anesthesiologists provide expert care across the full spectrum of pediatric procedures.
