Dr. Willis is the Associate Chair of Quality Improvement for the Department of Radiology at Stanford University. He seeks to improve health care delivery and patient outcomes through health systems science and the quadruple aim: population health management, improved patient experience, reduced cost of care and provider well-being. His interest in safety and high reliability began through his work with the aviation community as a U.S. Navy flight surgeon.
