Rick Jennelle is currently a Professor of Clinical Radiation Oncology at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine where he also serves as Program Director for the residency training program. He is a graduate of the AAMC certificate program in GMEC leadership and has served as Program Director at several institutions nationally. Innovation in education has been a defining factor as demonstrated by the AAMC David C Leach award given to the program for development of the Resident Continuity Clinic model at LAC+USC hospital. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, especially in the training process, have always been a key focus of his including publications, speaking engagements, mentoring, and committee service.
