Alex Bragg, MD is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology and Pediatrics at CHLA. She is quadruple board certified in Pediatrics, Anesthesia, Pediatric Anesthesia, and Pediatric Critical Care. Her current clinical practice is split evenly between the Pediatric ORs and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at CHLA. In addition, she serves as the Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship Program Director and Co-Chair for the Critical Response System Committee which reviews all Codes and Rapid Responses within the hospital. She completed her various residencies and fellowships at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Johns Hopkins, and Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles prior to joining the faculty at CHLA in 2016. Originally from West Virginia, she is the proud mother of her two children Jones (4 yrs) and Parsons (1 yr) who help to continue her lifelong education in unconditional love, patience, and adaptability.
