Evaluations & Claiming CE

ACCESSING MyCE FOR EVALUATIONS AND CLAIMING CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
Harvard Medical School Continuing Education has launched a new single sign-on system for MyCE, our CE course and accreditation management system. 

Here’s what you need to know for MyCE access:  

• You will receive an email from learn@hms.harvard.edu with a personalized link for completing your account creation.   
• To ensure you receive these important emails, please add learn@hms.harvard.edu to your email whitelist or safe sender list. 
• Please register for MyCE using the same email address where the invitation was sent.

Once your new login is created, you will gain access to your HMS MyCE course management dashboard.   

Impact on learners:  

• Learners were sent an invitation to create a new login on April 21 
• The welcome email and post-course evaluation reminder from Harvard Continuing Education will include a reminder and instructions about how to access MyCE and claim credit.  

If you have any questions, or did not receive the invitation by April 21, please contact Harvard Continuing Education CEPrograms@hms.harvard.edu as soon as possible.    

COURSE EVALUATION & CME/CE CERTIFICATE
The course evaluation will be hosted through the new MyCE portal. If this is your first course using our new platform, you should have already received a separatee mail from no-reply@myce.hms.harvard.edu about completing your account setup.

o If you have previously attended a course on our new platform, this course will be added to your existing account.
o Once you complete the account setup, you may log in to MyCE with https://myce.hms.harvard.edu. We recommend bookmarking this page so it is easily accessible.
o Once you complete the evaluation you will be able to claim your course credits and certificate.
o Please look for an email on the first morning of the course containing detailed instructions for completing the evaluation and certificate process.
o To view the course Disclosure Statement, select Download Disclosure Statement next to the course title on the Active tab of your MyCE dashboard.
