Dr. Himebauch is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and an attending physician in the pediatric intensive care unit at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He has lectured and taught point-of-care ultrasound locally, nationally, and internationally and has active reseach interests in the use of bedside imaging in pediatric critical care, particularly in patients with severe respiratory failure and those requiring ECMO.
