How do I download the Mobile Meeting Guide to my phone?
iPhone Instructions:
1. Select the forward option at the bottom of your screen.

2. Scroll up and select "Add to Home Screen".

Android Instructions:
1. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to home screen.
2. Choose a name for the website shortcut, then add it to your home screen.

Where is the in-person course being held?
The in-person course will be held at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center, in the heart of the Longwood Medical Area in Boston.

Parking is unavailable at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center during the weekend. There are several area garages available if needed:

Are workshops being presented in-person, virtually, or both?
Since workshops are hands-on activities, all are scheduled for in-person presentation and participation only. You must be registered for the workshop in order to attend. These activities will not be available for on-demand viewing following the meeting. You can only claim workshop CME if you attend in-person.

What workshops are included in tuition for in-person registrants?
New this year, the Regional Anesthesia Workshop, and Point-of-Care Ultrasound Workshop are INCLUDED in tuition for in-person registrants! These workshops include in-depth and hands-on training with faculty members at the forefront of the fields. Also new this year, the Case Based Learning Workshop facilitates small group learning, discussing and dissecting 5 real life clinical scenarios.

What content is available virtually?
Virtual registrants are invited to remotely attend the general session lectures on the mornings of Friday, May 2, and Saturday, May 3, 2025. These lectures will be presented live in-person and live-streamed for virtual participation. ALL registrants (virtual and in-person) will also have access to a bank of prerecorded lectures, available for viewing for 30 days once the course begins.
