The 2025 program offers participants two ways to attend. You can choose one of these two options when you register:

ATTEND VIRTUALLY/ONLINE
The 2025 program has been designed for both in-person and virtual learning. In addition to being held live at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center in Boston, all morning general session lectures of the course will be live-streamed. All Workshops are in-person attendees only. Virtual tuition also includes access to prerecorded lectures for 30 days from the start of the course.

Located within the New Research Building at Harvard Medical School, the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center features a sleek, contemporary design, innovative technology services, and a location in the heart of Boston’s Longwood Medical Area.

Parking is unavailable at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center during the weekend. Several area garages are available if needed:

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Blocks of discounted rooms at area hotels listed below have been reserved for in-person course participants.

Important to note:
• The number of discounted rooms is limited.
• Discounted rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.
• The discounted room rates are only available until Monday, 3/31 or until the block sells out, whichever occurs first.
