Romy Yun is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine and Associate Program Director of the Pediatric Anesthesiology fellowship at Stanford University. She completed her anesthesiology residency and pediatric anesthesiology fellowship training at Stanford University. After several years in private practice as a senior partner, she returned to Stanford in 2017 to pursue her clinical, educational and research interests. Dr. Yun’s clinical research focus is in developing methods for recognizing and reducing perioperative anxiety in the pediatric population through parent/child education and immersive technology.
